Electrical Technician
Pittsfield, MA
$26 - $42 p/h DOE

Relocation Package Available

Monday - Friday (7am - 3pm) / 2nd & 3rd shifts also available with $0.75 and $1.50 differentials

I am working with an innovative company in Pittsfield, MA who are looking for additional Electrical Technicians with strong Siemens PLC experience. You'll be responsible for repairing, installing and maintaining electrical systems and equipment throughout the facility. Apply directly if you feel you have the right skills for this job!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose electrical problems, identify faults, and perform troubleshooting to determine the root cause of issues in electrical systems.
• PLC troubleshooting and programming (Siemens PLCs)
• Repair or replace faulty or damaged components, such as switches, relays, fuses, wiring, motors, generators, or electrical control systems
• Interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to understand the layout and design of electrical systems.
• Conduct tests and inspections on electrical equipment to ensure proper functioning, accuracy, and calibration
• Work closely with engineers, electricians and other team members

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Associate's Degree Preferred
• 3 years PLC troubleshooting & programming experience (Siemens highly desirable)
• 3 years experience with electrical systems
